About

We build the system your restaurant runs on.

RizzEat is not a website project or a billing counter with apps around it. It is cloud software you subscribe to — and it runs live service every shift: the guest's order, the waiter's phone, the kitchen ticket, the payout, and the morning read on all of it.

Our mission

One operating layer for the whole restaurant.

Give every restaurant — from a five-table café to a fifty-outlet brand — one live system that runs the shift: guest, floor, kitchen, money, stock, and the read on all of it.

Most Indian restaurants still run on a split stack: a POS here, QR ordering there, WhatsApp for the floor, Excel for stock, aggregator apps for delivery, and nothing that ties the night together.

RizzEat exists to collapse that into one layer. Not a dashboard you check after service. The same order on the guest's phone, the waiter's screen, the kitchen pass, and the manager desk — from open to close.

What we're here for

So the night goes well — not so the feature list looks long.

Nobody judges their software by how many modules it has. They judge it by whether service ran smoothly, the bill was right, the kitchen kept up, and they knew what happened before they had to go looking.

We are here to make that the default: fewer people re-typing orders, honest wait times, GST and UPI built in from day one, and an AI that briefs you before the first guest sits down.

Powered by SpiceBot Artisanal Intelligence. Intelligence is part of the product — not a slide in a sales deck.

What we are

A restaurant operating system — product and service.

RizzEat is India-first SaaS: cloud software restaurants pay for every month, built for how dining actually runs here — GST, UPI, Razorpay, Aadhaar, PAN, FSSAI, and the floor habits that do not fit a Western POS template.

A digital agency makes you a website. We are the layer the restaurant stands on during service. Guests scan a table QR. Staff run the floor in real time. The kitchen sees tickets instantly. The owner gets bills, payouts, stock, reviews, and franchise control from one platform.

Guest scans. Staff serve. Kitchen cooks. Money lands. You already know how last night went.

  1. Guest scans the QR
  2. Guest reads the menu
  3. SpiceBot suggests a dish
  4. Order hits the kitchen
  5. Waiter sees the table light up
  6. Guest pays
  7. Stock goes down
  8. Manager gets the briefing
  9. Guest leaves a review
  10. Points get added
  11. Money reaches your account
  12. Head office sees the outlet
The problem

The stack was never meant to be five tools.

Typical setups look like this — each piece works alone, nothing shares the same truth:

  • Legacy POS

Billing at the counter. Not the guest's phone or the kitchen pass.

  • Separate QR ordering

Orders that never reach the same ticket the waiter sees.

  • WhatsApp on the floor

Water, bill, waiter — shouted or messaged, never logged.

  • Spreadsheets for stock

Updated when someone remembers, not when a dish sells.

  • Aggregator apps

Delivery revenue in another dashboard, not your CRM.

  • No real AI

Reports you export. Not a briefing before service opens.

  • No HQ for brands

Outlet two rebuilt from scratch instead of cloned from one menu.

We replace that split with one live loop — scan, order, kitchen, serve, pay, review, stock, report — so every person on the floor works from the same order.

Our goals

What we are working toward.

  • India done properly first

Tax, payouts, and compliance are the hard version of the problem. Solve them here first; the product travels.

  • Every role, one order

Guest, waiter, kitchen, manager, and head office see the same ticket — not five exports that disagree.

  • AI that shows up before you ask

Morning briefings, menu help at the table, review reads — intelligence where the shift actually happens.

  • Free to start, serious at scale

Five tables or five hundred. Same system. Franchise HQ when the brand outgrows one outlet.

  • Less waste, clearer record

Food rescue, stock tied to sales, and a log of who did what — so good operations are visible, not guessed.

Who we serve

One product. Many kinds of venues.

We are not a hardware-first POS, not a food aggregator, and not a website agency.

  • Small restaurants & cafés

5–20 tables. QR menu, orders, tables, AI, discounts, and reviews — without enterprise pricing.

  • Growing restaurants

20–50 tables. Kitchen screens, analytics, inventory, and guest CRM as volume picks up.

  • Multi-outlet operators

Up to hundreds of tables. Same live ops at every site, with one manager pattern that scales.

  • Franchise & brand HQ

Central menu, brand CRM, cross-outlet numbers, HQ billing, and compliance from one office.

  • Floor staff

Waiter, cashier, kitchen, host, captain — each gets a surface for their job, not one bloated till.

  • Guests

Dine-in, takeaway, or delivery. Phone QR. No app install. Order, pay, track, review, earn points.

What we believe

How we try to build and write.

We do not ship a dashboard and call it an operating system. The waiter gets a phone. The manager gets the day. Head office gets the brand. Every part exists because someone on a floor, on a pass, or in an office has to get through service with it.

India-first is not a slogan on the homepage. GST, UPI, and Razorpay workflows are the hard version of the problem — solving them first is what makes the rest travel to UAE, the US, the UK, and Singapore.

  • Not — Powerful analytics.Know what sold, when it sold, and what to change tomorrow.
  • Not — AI-powered restaurant management.SpiceBot briefs you before the first guest sits down.
  • Not — Manage your restaurant better.Your kitchen knows the order before the waiter does.
  • Not — Staff communication tools.Guest calls land on the waiter's phone. WhatsApp stays for gossip.
Three surfaces

One restaurant is not one login. We built three surfaces so each person sees their job — and nothing else.

  • Floor staffWaiter panelThe guest already ordered on their phone. Staff should not have to re-type it.
  • The outletManager panelYou should not have to ring the captain to find out how the night went.
  • The brandFranchise HQOutlet two should not mean a second software stack.
